Who it is for

Why window invisible grills

A window on the third floor with a bed pushed under it is one of the most common hazards in a family flat. Window invisible grills close the opening with thin stainless cable so the window can still be thrown open for air — the point of having it — without leaving a gap a child can climb through.

  • Daylight stays daylight

A conventional MS window grill eats the light; thin cable barely registers from inside the room.

  • Ventilation is unaffected

Windows open fully and air moves through as before, which matters in a Vijayawada or Guntur summer.

  • Works with any window type

Sliding, casement and French windows are all measured to the opening rather than the frame.

  • Nothing to repaint

Stainless steel does not need the yearly repainting a mild-steel window grill demands.

Our workmanship promise. Windows are where cheap work shows fastest, because the opening is small and installers are tempted to fix into the plastered reveal. We find the structure behind it, anchor into that, and keep the track lines straight so the cables sit parallel to the frame.

Window Invisible Grills on real openings

Window invisible grills across Andhra Pradesh

Window invisible grills give a bedroom or living-room window the same protection as a balcony grill without the bars. We fit them in flats and independent houses in Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Guntur, Rajahmundry and Amaravathi.

The window nobody thinks about

Balconies get the attention, but a bedroom window with furniture under it is just as easy for a small child to reach, and it is usually left open at night for air. Fitting the window at the same time as the balcony costs far less than a second visit later, so we measure every opening in the flat when we come.

What window invisible grills actually are

A window invisible grill is a run of vertical stainless-steel cables fixed across the window opening, anchored into the lintel above and the sill or floor below. It replaces the heavy iron window grill that blocks light and rusts, while giving the same physical barrier at a 2-inch spacing.

Where it goes

Where we fit window invisible grills

  • Bedroom and living-room windows on upper floors
  • Full-height French windows and window-doors
  • Kitchen and utility windows
  • Stairwell and landing windows

Materials and fixing

We use marine-grade 316 stainless-steel wire rope, 2 mm or 2.5 mm, with a clear nylon coating over the strands. Cables are set 2 inches apart in anodised aluminium tracks fixed at the head and sill of the window opening, held by stainless-steel anchors drilled into the RCC lintel or structural masonry — never into plaster alone. Each cable is tensioned individually and can be re-tensioned later.

How it works

Three steps to a safer opening

  1. Call or WhatsApp us

Tell us the city and what you want covered. A photo of the balcony on WhatsApp helps us understand the job before anyone visits.

  2. We measure on site

We visit, measure every opening, check what the anchors will go into, and give you a detailed quote that names the material.

  3. Our team installs

Our fitters locate the structure at the head and sill, fix the aluminium tracks, then run and tension each cable across the window before checking the spacing top to bottom.

Send us a photo of the opening

A WhatsApp photo is often enough for us to tell you what suits it.

Questions

Window Invisible Grills — common questions

Can the window still be opened fully?

Yes. The grill sits across the opening rather than on the window itself, so sliding and casement windows operate exactly as before and the full width can be opened for air.

Is it strong enough for a child leaning on it?

Each cable is tensioned and anchored into the structure at the head and sill, so a child's weight against it is carried into the building. The 2-inch gap is too narrow to squeeze through.

Can you replace an old MS window grill?

Yes. The old grill comes off first, and we fix the new tracks into sound concrete rather than reusing the old holes, which are often damaged by rust.

Do you fit grills on French windows?

Yes — full-height French windows and window-doors are one of the most common jobs, and they are measured floor to head like a balcony opening.
